One of the key highlights of this project is the attention to detail in the design and finishes. The exterior color of the windows and doors is Truffle, creating a warm and inviting aesthetic. The interior finish and color feature a stunning Spiced Walnut stain, complemented by a double clear coat for added durability and beauty. The project also incorporated various exterior casings and trims, including 2" flat casings, 1-5/8" sill nosings, 5-1/2" mull caps, and 6" frame expanders. The hardware was finished in Satin Nickel, adding a touch of elegance to the overall design. Additionally, the windows feature black spacer bars, enhancing both the visual appeal and energy efficiency of the products.

Notably, the casement windows and kitchen sliding windows are equipped with retractable screens, providing convenience and functionality. The awning windows feature Fir wrapped screen frames in Spiced Walnut stain to match the interior finish, along with UltraVue screen mesh for optimal visibility.
